1. INTRODUCERE

Termenii de licenta constituie un contract legal între dvs, utilizatorul, si producătorul sau/si distribuitorul ori dezvoltatorul programului, -= pRoSyS =- D!zine, în vederea folosirii programelor aFlate sub egida -= pRoSyS =- D!zine. Folosirea în continuare a acestui pro- gram, trage dupa sine acceptarea termenilor de licentă a programului. Prevederile contractului sunt descrise amanuntit în rândurile ce urmează. Neacceptarea termenilor de licentă trage după sine obligatia utilizatorului în a nu instala sau rula programul în cauză.

2. FOLOSIREA SI REDISTRIBUIREA

Programele -= pRoSyS =- D!zine sunt distribuite în mediul freeware, ceea ce înseamnă că autorul distribuie gratuit varianta completă a programului fără a pretinde o taxă pentru achizitionarea acestuia. Aveti voie să redistribuiti liber un număr nelimitat de copii după acest produs atâta timp cât copia propriu-zisă vizează pachetul original de instalare nemodificat. Este interzisă perceperea unor taxe de achizitionare pentru acest program. Nu aveTi voie să dezasamblati sau să modificati în vreun fel fisierele programului, mai ales cele executabile.

3. COPYRIGHT | DREPT DE AUTOR

Programul este protejat prin legea copyright-ului / dreptului de autor. Programul trebuie tratat ca orice produs protejat de legea copyright-ului / dreptului de autor. Încălcarea prevederilor termenilor de licentă ai acestui program se pedepseste conform legilor în vigoare. Orice modificare a programelor ce se afla sub egida -= pRoSyS =- D!zine într-un fel sau altul după cum am amintit si la punctul 1 se consideră ilegală si intră în subordinea legilor copyright-ului / dreptului de autor.

[c] programele -= pRoSyS =- D!zine nu pun în pericol în mod direct integritatea datelor stocate pe hard-disk. Producătorul acestor programe garantează o functionare adecvată a programelor. Producătorul nu îsi asumă nici o responsabilitate asupra eventualelor defectiuni sau functionări necorespunzătoare apărută în cadrul programelor sau a sistemului dvs. de operare rezultate în urma folosirii acestui program.
